Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education).
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities at the property, responding to telephone inquiries and giving tours of apartments and amenities.
• Schedule appointments, secure rentals, promote resident retention and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform telephone market surveys and competitive shop to inform pricing and marketing.
• Develop and monitor referral programs and move-in packets to boost traffic and leases.
• Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with regulations during leasing processes.
