Job summary

Preferred Apartment Communities in Houston seeks a Leasing Associate to drive occupancy and rent growth while delivering exceptional resident service. You will handle lease paperwork, respond to inquiries, and guide prospects through tours, ensuring moves go smoothly and apartments meet readiness standards.

You will support daily leasing activities, qualify prospects, and maintain professional presentation of the property.

Qualifications

• Multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in goal setting and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address resident needs.
• Flexible schedule with office hours.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily leasing activities to meet occupancy and rent goals and build rapport with prospects and residents.
• Process lease paperwork and provide excellent service to residents throughout their tenancy.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, online, or in person and follow up with prospects.
• Tour property, answer questions about amenities and local community, and ensure units are move-in ready.
