NRP Group, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Specialist to maximize occupancy at two Houston tax credit properties. You will conduct tours, respond to inquiries, coordinate move-ins, and promote resident retention while delivering outstanding customer service.

Under the Community Manager, you will implement on-site marketing, build local referral networks, process applications, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC guidelines. Strong communication and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of LIHTC or tax-credit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments, respond to inquiries, tour units, and process move-ins.
• Conduct market surveys and analyze competitor offerings.
• Develop on-site marketing and referral programs.
• Coordinate renewals, notices, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and occupancy standards.
• Maintain property appearance and curb appeal.
