Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Leasing Specialist for our property in Cleveland, OH. You will maximize occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking locally, scheduling tours, and coordinating move-ins.

Under the Community Manager, you’ll conduct market surveys, develop on-site marketing plans, and promote resident retention while maintaining a high level of customer service and occupancy standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or sales experience or relevant education.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation for essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Sell and market apartments, respond to inquiries, provide tours, and coordinate move-ins.
• Process application fees, deposits, rents and related paperwork; keep files organized.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, tax, and occupancy standards; inspect units.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support resident events and communications.
