Qualifications

• Experience coordinating marketing, leasing and renewal strategies.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Familiarity with on-site property management software.
• Must hold valid driver’s license to operate golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-in.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and documents and coordinate with residents.
