Job summary

Valiant Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, retention, and occupancy at our community through exceptional customer service. You will greet prospects, prepare move-in packages, and manage lease paperwork with accuracy.

You will record visits, process applications, and coordinate with the Community Manager to maintain market-ready units. Strong English communication, a positive attitude, and weekend flexibility are valued; competitive compensation and benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Proactive customer service mindset and ability to interact with residents, prospects, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria, using guest cards and questions.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards and reports.
• Inspect models and market-ready units; communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications, credit checks, and rental history for approval.
