Waypoint Management Services in Davenport, FL seeks a Leasing Consultant to join our property team. Use your sales, customer service, and marketing skills to connect with prospective residents, tour communities, explain floorplans, and move inquiries toward signed leases.

You will manage the leasing process from qualification to move-in, maintain records, support marketing efforts, and ensure the community is tour-ready.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years in leasing, sales, or hospitality.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective residents through tours, calls, and in-person interactions.
• Present floorplans and amenities, compare to local competitors.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and convert prospects into leases.
• Manage leasing process: qualification, lease prep, move-ins, rent calculations.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and applicant materials.
• Contribute to occupancy goals via new leases and renewals.
• Support marketing by outreach to generate leads.
• Ensure leasing office and models are tour-ready.
• Provide courteous service to residents and prospects.
• Understand Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
