Job summary

Continental is seeking a Leasing Associate in Davenport, FL to guide leasing from first contact to move-in, leveraging marketing and events to hit occupancy targets. You will deliver outstanding resident service, tour prospects, and manage follow-ups to ensure a smooth rental process.

The role requires flexible scheduling, strong customer focus, and the ability to work both desk-based and on-site tours, with a focus on compliant, professional operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Brings proven sales and customer service experience with a genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident experience.
• Can work a flexible schedule -including weekends, evenings, and holidays- because great service doesn't clock out at 5.
• Comfortable balancing desk work with being on your feet—touring the community (up to 8 hours), climbing stairs, cleaning units, managing social media, and using standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing success from first contact to move-in. Lead inquiries, conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and coordinate seamless move-ins using marketing, advertising, events, and technology to reach revenue and occupancy goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by bringing a courteous, professional attitude to every interaction while ensuring our community always looks its best by inspecting and preparing tour-ready units and maintaining a clean, inviting model and tour path daily.
• Ensure a best-in-class resident experience by managing prospect and resident follow-ups, conducting move-in inspections, and supporting lease renewals and occupancy tracking; maintain compliance with Fair Housing, Tax Compliance, and applicable regulations.
