Waypoint Management Services in Davenport, FL, seeks an Assistant Community Manager to help lead daily operations, support leasing, financial and administrative functions, and build strong resident and team relationships. Collaborate with the Community Manager to drive performance, maintain lease records, and assist with sales and marketing to attract and retain residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet, social media) and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and leasing functions.
• Support leasing team performance and training.
• Maintain compliance with regulations.
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Manage rent collection, delinquencies, evictions, and reporting.
• Prepare occupancy reports and renewals tracking.
• Maintain lease, rent roll, and resident records.
• Provide administrative support with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on budgeting and finances.
