Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Leasing Associate for our Springs at Posner Park community in Davenport, FL. You will guide residents from first contact to move-in, delivering outstanding service and maintaining a tour-ready community.

You will report to the Community Manager and contribute to occupancy and revenue goals while upholding Fair Housing and regulatory standards. This full-time role offers incentives and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience with a passion for resident satisfaction.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable balancing desk work with touring the community and using standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional resident experience through courteous, professional interactions and a well-kept model.
• Lead leasing inquiries, conduct tours, follow up with prospects, and coordinate move-ins to hit revenue/occupancy goals.
• Manage follow-ups, move-in inspections, lease renewals, and occupancy tracking while complying with Fair Housing and regulations.
