Job summary

Waypoint Management Services is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Florida to connect prospective residents with our multifamily community, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the lease process from inquiry to move‑in.

Bring sales and customer service skills, plus knowledge of community features, pricing, and CRM tools like Yardi to drive occupancy. Weekend rotation is required to support the team and residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective residents through tours, calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Present apartment homes and amenities and explain pricing and features.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and convert prospects into leases.
• Manage the leasing process including qualification, lease prep, move-ins, prorations, and communications.
• Maintain organized records of leasing activity and applicant materials.
• Support occupancy goals through new leases, renewals, and waitlists.
• Assist in marketing efforts to generate leads and referrals.
• Keep the leasing office and model apartments tour-ready.
