Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Leasing Associate to join our Florida communities. The role focuses on building rapport with prospective residents, guiding them through tours, explaining leasing options, and processing applications to achieve occupancy targets.

You will collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure a positive resident experience, handle inquiries, and uphold company standards across properties in the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare property for business, ensure apartments and common areas are clean and welcoming.
• Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries.
• Encourage tours and review leasing options with prospects.
• Explain lease options and move-in costs to applicants.
• Follow up with prospects who do not immediately apply.
• Maintain knowledge of community features and competing properties.
• Represent ConcordRENTS with courtesy and professionalism.
