RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing and maintain positive resident relations at an on-site community. You will handle tours, applications, credit checks, and lease paperwork while upholding Fair Housing standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities include closing sales, promoting retention, maintaining showrooms, and supporting social media presence to boost community visibility.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits while following Fair Housing rules.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on applicant status and lease approvals.
• Show apartments, close the sale, and prepare move-in paperwork.
• Maintain a social media presence to boost visibility and engagement for the property.
• Address resident questions and issues promptly to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Complete lease, move-in, and checkout paperwork timely.
• Collaborate with maintenance on timely responses to resident service requests.
