Peakmade-Real-Estate-1 is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at an assigned community. You will close deals, deliver outstanding tours, and provide a world-class resident experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

You will manage leads with a sales-first mindset, follow up diligently, and maintain CRM data while contributing to turnout and market comparisons. Weekend hours are required, with growth opportunities and rewards.

Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year)
• Demonstrated success achieving sales/leasing targets
• Experience using CRM systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage or similar)
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach
• High prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
• Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets
• Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset
