Responsibilities include following up quickly, maintaining CRM accuracy (Yardi/Entrata/RealPage), and supporting operations to ensure a polished community showing strong value, great service, and steady leasing progress.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leasing or sales experience required.
• Proven ability to hit leasing or sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata or RealPage.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online and in-person.
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs and close.
• Proactively follow up to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Hit and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Drive traffic and revenue through effective strategies.
• Respond quickly with a sales-first mindset.
