Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at an assigned community. You will convert leads, deliver tours, and close leases while maintaining excellent resident experiences.

The role requires a motivated closer with strong follow-up and the ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours. Expect commission-eligible earnings and housing discounts as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales or leasing experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/leasing targets.
• Experience using CRM systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage or similar).
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue.
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset.
