Qualifications

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year) required.
• Proven success in achieving sales or leasing targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach.
• Able to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
