Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a friendly and results‑driven Leasing Associate to join our Daytona Beach community. You will handle tours, respond to inquiries, qualify applicants, explain lease options, and guide residents from application to move‑in with exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, proven sales experience, and excellent communication in English. Property management leasing experience is preferred, with a commitment to occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and verbal/written communication.
• Prior leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and prepare properties for tours and move‑ins.
• Respond to inquiries and schedule tours with prospects.
• Explain lease options, promotions, and move‑in costs.
• Maintain product knowledge and monitor prospect activity.
• Address resident concerns with courtesy and timeliness.
