Qualifications

• General knowledge of business.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated customer service or sales experience.
• Property management leasing experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem resolution work experience.
• Ability to speak, read and write English for safety and productivity reasons.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartment homes and prepare units for showings.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective residents.
• Schedule tours and showcase floorplans, amenities and features.
• Explain lease options and move‑in costs to applicants.
• Explain application qualifications and promotions.
• Secure applications and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain property knowledge and monitor competitor offerings.
• Represent ConcordRENTS with residents and prospects, delivering courteous, timely service.
• Coordinate outreach marketing to local businesses and partners.
• Assist in processing required documents for Café applications and renewals.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in and ensure adherence to standards.
• Ensure leases and related documents are completed accurately and timely.
• Encourage renewals and manage move‑out procedures when needed.
• Address resident issues and apply applicable fines or fees as required.
• Assist in after‑school programs and resident retention events.
