HNN Communities in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional to drive leasing and renewals, deliver outstanding customer service, and manage resident relations. The role leverages Yardi and involves tours, applications, and coordinating move-ins.

You will support marketing activities, stay informed on market conditions, and help maintain community standards. A positive, client-focused approach is essential for success in this multifamily setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties.
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents via phone, email, and tours per policy.
• Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding applicants through the move-in process.
• Explain leasing docs, rules, and policies to ensure move-in readiness.
• Manage lease addendums, renewals, and screening processes.
• Maintain Yardi data and track traffic information daily.
• Support marketing and leasing efforts including social media and pricing.
• Assist front desk duties and respond to resident questions and requests.
