• Ability to tour community and communicate leasing documentation clearly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents via lead management software, email, and phone calls.
• Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding applicants through the application and move-in process.
• Explain leasing terms, policies, and community rules to new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain resident files, processing renewals and ensuring data accuracy in management systems.
