Job summary

DevCo Residential Property Management in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a full-time Leasing Professional to join our team. You will execute leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities include touring communities, guiding applicants through the application and move-in process, maintaining files, and supporting marketing and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents through lead management software, email and phone calls, appointments, and follow-up communication.
• Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding applicants through the application, tax credit, and move-in process.
• Explain leasing documents, community rules, policies, and move-in procedures.
• Maintain resident files and update rent charges, occupants, lease dates in the system daily.
• Assist with front desk duties, greet customers and vendors, and manage scheduling.
