Job summary

DevCo Residential Property Management is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional in Lynnwood, WA. The role combines sales, customer service and marketing to lease apartment homes, renewals, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include touring, leasing, and guiding applicants through application and move-in, handling documentation, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication and a minimum 1 year related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents via lead management software, email and phone.
• Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding applicants through application and move-in process.
• Explain leasing documents, community rules, and policies to new residents.
• Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and applicant screening.
