HNN Communities in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional to execute leasing and renewal strategies, achieve targeted occupancy and resident retention, and deliver exceptional service to guests and residents.

You will tour and lease apartment homes, guide applicants through the application and move-in process, administer lease agreements and renewals, keep Yardi up to date, support marketing efforts, and assist with front desk duties while maintaining a clean, welcoming

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents via lead management software, email and phone.
• Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding applicants through the process.
• Administer lease agreements and renewals with accuracy.
• Maintain Yardi and resident data up to date daily.
• Assist with front desk duties and general office tasks.
• Support marketing efforts and community events.
