Job summary

HNN Communities is seeking a Senior Leasing Professional in Everett, WA, to lead leasing and renewal strategies, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction. You will mentor peers and blend sales, customer service, and marketing to lease apartment homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily leasing experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team and manage the property’s marketing plan.
• Engage with prospects via lead management software, email, phone, and in-person.
• Tour and lease apartment homes; guide applicants through applications and move-in.
• Explain lease documents, policies and move-in procedures to new residents.
• Assist with lease addendums, renewals and screening processes.
• Maintain move-in ready units and update rents in the management system.
• Record traffic daily and maintain resident files.
• Support tax credit compliance for move-ins and recertifications.
• Support resident events and community programs.
• Contribute to marketing, social media, pricing, and curb appeal.
