Thrive Communities in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Leasing Associate to welcome prospective residents, show the community, and manage lease paperwork. You will focus on sales, closing leases, and keeping tour paths clean in collaboration with maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service.
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn/navigate software systems.
• Familiarity with affordable housing programs such as LIHTC, MFTE, Section 8 preferred.
• Prior experience in property management or similar industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generates lease paperwork, shows community, and trains staff on lease generation and etiquette.
• Resident relations: maintains positive customer relations and inspects property.
• Marketing: posts ads on Craigslist, Weblisters, and other listing services; monitors market trends.
• Administrative: handles calls/emails, updates reports, files paperwork, processes move-ins/move-outs.
• General: performs duties assigned by Leasing Manager/Community Manager/Regional Manager.
