Job summary

Thrive Communities is hiring for a full-time leasing associate in Portland, OR. You will handle leasing duties, greet prospective residents, show properties, and maintain excellent resident relations in a fast-paced, in-person environment.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year in customer service and leasing or sales, with familiarity in Yardi/CRM and OnSite. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, 401(k), and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working in customer service
• 1+ year prior sales or leasing experience
• 6+ months experience in multifamily property management or equivalent skills
• NALP Certification or other NAAEI credential is a plus
• Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience
• Basic computer skills with ability to learn software systems

Responsibilities

• Leasing: generates lease paperwork and other documents
• Greets prospective residents, shows the community, and performs leasing duties
• Trains and mentors leasing team on lease generation and etiquette
• Maintains tour path, vacant units, and model units with maintenance
• Resident relations: maintain positive customer relations
• Marketing: manage ads on Craigslist and other listing services
• Administrative: handle calls, emails, reports, and move-in/move-out processes
• General: perform additional duties as assigned by management
