Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for Altera Jacaranda in Venice, FL. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, while ensuring resident satisfaction from move-in through renewal.

You’ll conduct tours, process applications, screen credit, prepare leases, and maintain show units to Greystar’s standards. The role requires flexible hours and may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Licenses/certifications as required by state and local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work indoors/outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance items.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic and manage referrals and employer outreach.
