Job summary

Greystar in Florida is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive leasing, occupancy, and resident satisfaction. You will guide prospects through tours, process applications, and coordinate renewals, delivering high-quality service in line with Greystar standards.

You will use on-site property management software to track availability, leads, and data, collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator, and participate in local marketing to boost traffic.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service background.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and answer questions.
• Mathematical skills to process sales conversions.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signing.
• Collects information from prospective residents at move-in and records it.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and reviews policies on concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities and events to drive traffic.
• Uses on-site software to track availability, leads, and analysis.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and coordinates with maintenance.
• Follows up with prospects and renewals within 24 hours to drive lease decisions.
• Supports lease renewals and communicates with renewing residents.
• Responds to resident questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
