Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate leasing and renewal activities for its community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage move‑ins, while supporting marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires on-site availability, strong customer service, and the ability to work with property management software to track traffic, leases, and resident data.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Experience greeting, qualifying prospects, tours, applications, credit checks, and move‑in processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing activities to hit occupancy and revenue targets.
• Schedule tours and ensure move‑ins are smooth and documented.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
