Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will use on-site management software to track availability and applicant data, inspect units, and coordinate with maintenance. Strong customer service and local market awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving lease conversions and resident satisfaction.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour properties and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing programs to drive traffic (referrals, employer outreach, internet).
• Track availability and leasing activities in property software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure decisions to lease or renew.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal documents and contacting renewing residents.
