Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate leasing and renewal strategies, greet prospects, tour communities, process applications, and prepare move-in packages. The role involves ensuring units are ready, implementing marketing plans, and maintaining data in property management systems.

You will participate in ongoing leasing activities, follow-up with prospects, and assist in lease renewals, while providing excellent resident service across a dynamic property.

Qualifications

• Must have licenses/certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Show apartments, process applications, credit and background checks, and prepare move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure show units meet company standards.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Maintain property management data in OneSite, Yardi or similar systems.
