Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a multifamily community. You will welcome prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals while delivering excellent resident service.

The role is on-site, requiring collaboration with maintenance and marketing teams, and using OneSite/Yardi to manage availability and applicant data. It includes potential bonus programs based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, credit checks and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure move-in readiness; coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.) and promote referrals and employer outreach.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; communicate maintenance needs; prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals; respond to questions and concerns promptly.
• Support lease renewal program with timely renewal letters, meetings with renewing residents, and sign-offs.
• Respond to resident/owner concerns promptly and document requests for the appropriate team.
