Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent in Denver to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins while maintaining resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, developing marketing plans, driving traffic with online tools, and supporting lease renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, leasing, and resident relations.
• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Knowledge of on-site software and basic data management.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, screening, preparing leases, and facilitating move-ins.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and ensure units are ready; coordinate with maintenance for any issues.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follow policies on concessions and promotions.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic, including online tools and referral programs.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, manage data, and capture resident information.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; coordinate with maintenance and showroom setup.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
• Support lease renewal processes by preparing renewal letters and packages and coordinating with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns; document requests and coordinate resolutions.
