Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the community, driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role involves conducting tours, processing applications, screening credits, and preparing lease documents to ensure a smooth move-in. A focus on market awareness and completing daily leasing activities is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales and leasing experience to meet occupancy goals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to design and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects units and coordinates move-in readiness with maintenance.
• Monitors market conditions and implements short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community including referrals and online channels.
• Uses property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability and leasing activity.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Supports lease renewal process with letters and packages for renewing residents.
• Responds promptly to resident/owner concerns and coordinates with appropriate teams.
