Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies in Denver. You will handle leasing from prospect greeting to move-in, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will inspect apartments, implement marketing plans, manage show units, and use OneSite/Yardi to track data. A strong focus on occupancy, revenue, and renewal is essential.

Qualifications

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures move-in ready condition, scheduling maintenance as needed.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and programs.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and employer outreach.
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensures show unit quality and prepares leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Supports lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
• Responds promptly to resident/owner concerns and documents requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist in lease renewals by sending renewal letters and coordinating with residents.
