Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional in Colorado to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction from initial contact through lease signing.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and work with maintenance and marketing teams to deliver compelling show units and smooth move-ins. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to screen applications and perform background checks.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy goals: greet prospects, tour, process applications, conduct credit checks, prepare lease packages, and coordinate move-ins.
• Inspects units before move-in, coordinates repairs, and ensures show units meet standards.
• Develops and executes short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Uses property software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Supports lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and contacting renewing residents.
