Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure resident satisfaction from application through renewal.

You will conduct tours, screen applications, prepare leases, collaborate with maintenance, and use property management software to track traffic and leasing activities, while upholding show quality and service standards across the community.

Qualifications

• Must have licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in package, and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure move-in ready condition; coordinate with maintenance for any items.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follow policies on concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, websites); follow community marketing plans and programs.
• Utilize on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, leasing activities, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards for show quality; communicate maintenance needs; prepare leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow-up with prospects/new residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions; send emails/notes/calls.
• Support lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters/packages and contacting renewing residents in advance of move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner concerns; convey requests to appropriate team.
