This role requires strong customer service, sales skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing activities and resident communication.
• Familiarity with leasing software and occupancy marketing.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications; perform credit and background checks; prepare lease documents.
• Follow marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Utilize property management software to record activity and track availability.
• Support lease renewal process and notify residents of renewals and deadlines.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and coordinate with maintenance.
