Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help secure lease signings to drive occupancy and revenue.

You will also set up marketing plans, maintain show units, and support renewal activity to maximize resident satisfaction and retention at the property.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to conduct tours, process applications, and perform background checks.
• Familiarity with on-site marketing and resident retention programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and show apartments to prospects.
• Process rental applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease documents.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Utilize on-site software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leases and secure renewals.
• Coordinate lease renewals and communicate with renewing residents.
