Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing professional in Concord, NC to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Corban Row. You will conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while collaborating with maintenance and on-site teams.

Monday–Friday with rotating weekends. You will monitor market conditions, implement marketing plans, and drive traffic to the community, using on-site software to track activity and optimize occupancy.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or leasing experience required.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and present community features.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Process applications, screenings, and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain show units and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
