Job summary

The position requires conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and maintaining show units to company standards. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Leasing, marketing and renewal experience preferred.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and close leases.
• Familiarity with on-site occupancy strategies and programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect units and ensure move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement local marketing plans to boost occupancy.
• Drive traffic using online and referral programs.
• Use on-site software to track traffic, availability, and data.
• Prepare lease renewal packages and secure renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and resolve issues.
