Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals. You will be the primary contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with professionalism and a deep understanding of the community’s offerings.

Weekend availability is required. You will manage lead activity, use the CRM to track prospects, coordinate tours, process applications, and support on-site team members to ensure a seamless

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and answer questions.
• Strong mathematical skills to process sales conversions.
• Ability to generate sales leads, present to prospects, qualify and close.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening and background checks; prepare lease and move-in package.
• Record prospect information and maintain CRM data throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow policies related to concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for renewal; manage renewal process.
