Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Embark in Morrisville, NC to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals throughout the lease term.

You will conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, prepare lease packages, and ensure move-in readiness while staying informed on market conditions and executing marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Familiarity with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi preferred.
• Flexibility to work schedule including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments; process applications and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follow policy on concessions.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic using Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
• Uses on-site software to track availability and record leasing activities.
• Prepares leasing office for daily leasing activities and follows up with prospects/residents.
• Supports lease renewal process and ensures timely renewal documents.
• Responds promptly to resident/owner questions and documents requests.
