Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Corban Row in Concord, NC to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, aiming to achieve occupancy and revenue targets while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

You will conduct tours, screen applicants, process applications, prepare leases, manage move-ins, and support renewal programs, using OneSite or Yardi, with a focus on market awareness and promotional activities to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

• Greet, qualify prospects and guide them through the leasing process.
• Maintains knowledge of market conditions to optimize occupancy and pricing.
• Uses internet marketing tools and referral programs to drive traffic.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to reach revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing leases.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates needed maintenance.
• Monitors market conditions and develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic using online listings, referrals, and outreach programs.
• Uses property management software to track availability, traffic, and lease data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and coordinates upkeep.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize leasing decisions and renewals.
• Responds promptly to resident concerns and coordinates with maintenance or ownership as needed.
