Job summary

Venterra Realty is seeking a Leasing Consultant to maximize occupancy and deliver an exceptional resident experience at Steeplechase. You will convert leads, show units, and foster strong resident relationships while collaborating with marketing initiatives to drive revenue.

You should have 1–3 years in sales or leasing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. A high school diploma is required, with some college preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in sales, leasing, or customer service (multifamily experience preferred).
• Proficiency in CRM tools preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lease units by converting leads into leases using rapport and effective sales techniques, promoting premium units and rentables, and securing favorable terms.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, follow up on leads, and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM.
• Increase renewal rates by nurturing resident relationships and addressing concerns.
• Monitor local rental trends and competitor pricing to inform sales strategies.
• Engage with marketing, resident events, and social media to boost occupancy and brand visibility.
• Show units and deliver a seamless move-in experience that exceeds expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy to foster a welcoming community.
