This role requires 1–3 years in sales or leasing, strong communication skills, weekend flexibility, and a high school diploma. Some college is preferred, and experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, leasing, or customer service (multifamily preferred).
• Proficiency with CRM tools preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule as needed.
