Job summary

Venterra Realty is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Apex West Midtown community in Atlanta to drive occupancy by presenting premium units and delivering exceptional resident experiences. You will convert leads into leases, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain a strong sales pipeline using a CRM system.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or leasing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

1–3 years in sales, leasing, or customer service (multifamily experience preferred).
Proficiency in CRM tools preferred.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

Convert leads into leases through rapport and effective sales techniques.
Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain a strong leasing pipeline.
Increase renewal rates by fostering resident relationships and addressing concerns.
Monitor local rental trends and market demand to inform strategies.
Engage with marketing, events, and social media to boost occupancy.
Show units and maintain tour routes to leave a positive impression.
