Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate in Glendale, CA to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will conduct tours, process applications, screen tenants, and prepare lease signings to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Requirements include 1–2 years of leasing experience; familiarity with Yardi and CRM is preferred. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–6pm; housing discounts are available, and strong resident service is valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing experience; prior experience using Yardi, CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages, and ensure smooth signings.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy, following policies on concessions and programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
• Use on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and contact renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
• Respond to resident or owner questions promptly and relay requests to the appropriate team.
