Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Leasing experience or related sales/customer service experience.
• Familiarity with leasing processes, credit checks, and move-in procedures.
• Ability to greet prospects, tour properties, and qualify leads with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare leases.
• Ensure apartments are ready for move-in and coordinate with maintenance for any repairs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic via online ads, referrals, and outreach programs.
• Utilize on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to confirm lease decisions and renewals.
• Assist with lease renewals by preparing letters and packages and notifying renewing residents in advance.
